What do you think of when you hear the word “adventure”? All kinds of images can be conjured up.
But adventure doesn’t always have to be wild and woolly. You can go on great adventures in your mind–whether it be through reading an exciting book or just wandering the hills and plains of the earth with your imagination. No matter how you bring adventure into your life, I highly recommend that you do it. Adventure is a wonderful form of stimulation and helps us to connect and feel alive. A stagnant life can be dull and commonplace, leading us to frustration, complacency, and sometimes depression. A happy life is one filled with variety and excitement. So look for adventure when you can –even if it’s just a game of hide-and-seek with your niece and nephew. When the creativity and fun flows, so does your life force. So if you are in your comfort box (my way of saying your comfort zone), jump out and experience LIFE!
