Yeah, I&#039;m not a stranger to the blabbermouth syndrome! Hahaha! ;O)

&amp;, Yeah, silence has sometimes given me a sense of grounding.  That&#039;s something I routinely find myself desiring.  So, I&#039;ll shut up, from time to time.  Good advice.  Not new, but it&#039;s helpful to read WHY it&#039;s helpful in the context of someone who hasn&#039;t just about always known that and acted accordingly.  That&#039;s another gift--the gift of having been off, so others who are off can trust that you know what it&#039;s like to be in their shoes.

I like the way you found the sore throat to be a wonderful teacher.  How cool!
